The Premera Spokane Office Is Moving: What You Need to Know
Premera Blue Cross has proudly served Eastern Washington for over 80 years, and our commitment remains stronger than ever. In January 2026, our Spokane office is moving from E. Sprague Ave. to the Wonder Building downtown. Our new location supports our business needs and positions us for the future.

During the transition period, there will be no physical office location open to the public. Member services will continue uninterrupted online and by phone.

This month, we’re mailing letters to customers who regularly visit the Spokane office to ensure they’re informed about our upcoming move.
We encourage you to remind your employees to conduct business by mail, phone, or electronically whenever possible, but particularly during this time.
