Heritage Prime Network Changes

Beginning in 2025, we will begin limiting our Prime network availability. As a result, groups currently on plans utilizing the Prime network will need to shift to the Heritage PPO network no later than January 1, 2026, renewals.

We wanted to give you early notice about the changes to this network. The change will give your employees access to a broader network, which will provide more ease of access. In addition, we will have programs and products available that will bring value and quality to your benefit plans and will be a good alternative to the Prime network.
