Kinwell’s new coping skills group helps members with life challenges
Kinwell primary care treats the whole patient—mind and body. Established patients can learn to cope with life’s emotional challenges in a new series of online group classes.
Each coping skills class covers a different aspect of emotional resilience. Patients learn how to recognize and avoid emotional triggers, accurately interpret difficult situations, and apply problem-solving tactics to stressful relationships.
These online group sessions are led by a licensed behavioral health clinician and give participants the time to ask questions, share, and learn from each other.
Established Kinwell patients can register for classes that relate to their specific needs. Explore more details about Kinwell coping skills classes, including registration, fees, and additional FAQs.
