Accessing Spring Health for Virtual Mental Health
Members can use the Premera mobile app on Apple or Android devices to access their virtual primary, urgent, and mental health care services, including Spring Health.
Accessing Spring Health
To use Spring Health, members should follow these steps:
- Register through the Premera mobile app and select Spring Health or visit springhealth.com/connect
- Enter the alpha prefix and their ID number without character spaces
- After registering, download the Spring Health app, log in, and start access care
Troubleshooting
If members receive a “no coverage” message they should:
- Confirm they are registering from the correct website or the Premera mobile app
- Remove any spaces between the alpha prefix and their member ID
