Livongo to be Rebranded to Teladoc

Livongo’s merger with Teladoc requires the Livongo name and offerings to be rebranded to Teladoc. Although this change will impact the web and app experience for Premera members – they will notice new colors and branding – the programs and benefits will remain the same. What will not change is Teladoc’s strong commitment to chronic condition management. Members will continue to use the same devices and receive the same expert support.

Beginning May 22, 2024, Livongo app users will be redirected to Teladoc’s single platform. Members will receive emails from Teladoc explaining the migration from Livongo to Teladoc on the first day of migration and then again one week later. As the plan administrator, there is nothing you need to do.
