The Premera Blue Cross HMO Consumer Advisory Council Application is Open! Here’s What That Means.

Our next consumer advisory council meeting is on Thursday, October 2, 2025, and we’ll be reaching out to members shortly. Anyone in your organization who has a PBC HMO plan is invited to apply to be a part of the council and attend the meeting. They will receive an email and a Digital Health Message with a link to the application page.

What is the consumer advisory council?

At Premera Blue Cross HMO (PBC HMO), we believe that member and employer feedback is fundamental to us becoming the best health plan we can be. Twice a year, we have a consumer advisory council (CAC) meeting, which provides an opportunity for members to give us direct and detailed feedback about our plans. We internally address the feedback we receive during these council meetings and report back on what actions we took to improve the PBC HMO experience. We are committed to addressing every piece of feedback that we can with action and change.

What does this mean for you?

Nothing! We just wanted to let you know that we’re working diligently to improve our members’ experience through feedback-led change. We’d also like to share that the PremeraLISTENS HMO listening post is open all year round, and we’d love to hear more from you about your experience with PBC HMO as an employer.
